From the technical point of view, compared with foreign countries, domestic binding equipment has a large gap in mechanical speed, processing accuracy, reliability, ease of operation, automatic control, industrial design and other aspects, but these gaps do not affect the market share of domestic binding equipment.

From the perspective of binding speed, the nominal production speed of imported equipment is better than that of domestic equipment for the same grade horse riding binding connecting line, but in the actual production, its speed advantage is not fully played, and the efficiency loss is very obvious.

From the perspective of binding accuracy, when the actual production speed selected by customers is not very high (less than 12000 copies / hour), domestic equipment and imported equipment can meet the requirements of customers for binding accuracy. However, if the actual production speed selected by customers is more than 12000 copies / hour, the binding accuracy of domestic equipment is significantly different from that of imported equipment.

Adaptability to special products. Due to the fierce competition in the domestic printing industry, in order to reduce costs, printing enterprises choose paper materials, quantitative, format and wire, which are different from those of foreign countries.

It can be seen that the domestic binding equipment has strong competitiveness and can become the first choice of printing enterprises when it can meet the speed and quality requirements of printing enterprises.
