It is inconvenient for the printer to measure on one side and one side, and the accuracy is not high, which results in the operator's long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays is harmful to his health. In order to ensure the health of operators, improve product quality and work efficiency, we tried to make the rules of the lithography machine, the specific methods are as follows.

Take 92cm * 76cm plate and 7cm plate printing machine as an example:

1. Find a new plexiglass ruler of 50cm.

2. Copy two 46cm long negative pictures with so film.

3. Copy three film rulers of 7 cm length.

4. Wash with water and dry.

5. Use two copied cavity rulers of 46cm to make a long ruler with a median of 46cm (i.e. 1-46cm from the left and 1-46cm from the right).

6. Then match 7cm on the left side, 7cm on the center line and 7cm on the right side of the straight edge.

7. Then put a signal bar on the left and right under the film ruler as a mark to check the quality of the printer, so that the printing rule of a negative image can be completed.

8. Use the assembled print rules to copy into the sun fixation print rules, which can be used for the sun print.

Through our practical work, it is proved that the improved rules have the following advantages:

1. Double the work efficiency.

2. The exposure time of operators to ultraviolet rays is reduced by half, which is conducive to the health of operators.

3. It is easy to make and operate.

4. Improve the printing quality.

5. The use of the signal bar can further detect the quality of each process, which is conducive to the plate making data-based operation of the plate printer.
